About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Researcher to drive our machine learning initiatives and shape the future of AI-powered business intelligence. You'll work on cutting-edge problems in natural language processing, trend detection, and predictive analytics.
What You'll Do
- Lead research initiatives in machine learning and AI
- Design and implement novel algorithms for trend detection and business intelligence
- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize research
- Publish findings and represent the company at conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research
- Strong publication record in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with NLP and large language models
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI research roadmap
- Build and lead a team of researchers
- Stay current with latest AI research and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align research with business goals
- Establish best practices for ML experimentation and deployment
